Jonathan is a great guy to work with, and easy to get along with. We were able to sell my home within the range of what we were expecting. He stayed on top of the game and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I have had conversation with others who have or are in the process of selling, and I am very thankful having listened to their struggles that I hired Jonathan. I recommend Jonathan Alpart to ANY and ALL! Thanks, my friend!
Jonathan was SO helpful and friendly! He assisted me with property comps even though I do not have a listing with him. Who else would do this???
Jon Alpart is awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He provided valuable information in selling & purchasing a home within 30 days. I was always updated step by step throughout the process. I'd highly recommend him if you're interested in buying/selling a home.
What an excellent agent! Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable through our whole estate appraisal and property tax protest process. He worked with us and the DCAD and helped us come to an excellent resolution--better than we imagined!
Jonathan helped us find a rental home in the Arlington area. He was was very prepared for our appointment with a variety of listings that could meet our needs. We found the property we wanted on our first attempt, and Jonathan was quick and aggressive to help us get it. He communicated with us quickly when we had questions, and he stayed on top of the other realtor to make sure everything went smoothly. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable realtor and very determined to get his clients everything they want!
Thank You To My Awesome Clients!

The Community Garden
No child should ever go hungry, especially not in a place like Dallas-Fort Worth that has experienced so much growth and wealth.
On July 4th, 2018, I attended the Star-Spangled Salsa Fest in McKinney and discovered The Community Garden, a future meal center that will welcome all people to share food together with safety and dignity.

Youth Entrepreneur Society (YES)
When I first started my business, one of the first things I did was join the US-China Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Meeting so many incredible people transformed my life and my business.
That’s why I was the first volunteer to become a mentor for Y.E.S., a new organization for young students who are interested in starting their own businesses.
Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF)
The political process has been something very important to me from a young age. In our divided times (divided here is a verb, not an adjective!), it’s never been more important to fight against voter suppression in all its bipartisan forms.
Founded in 1974, the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF) is a national organization that protects and promotes the civil rights of Asian Americans. By combining litigation, advocacy, education, and organizing, AALDEF works with Asian American communities across the country to secure human rights for all.
Fathom Family Fund
Aid for Disaster Relief
As Hurricanes Harvey and Irma brought massive floods and destructive winds to Texas, Florida and the Southeast, many in the Houston, Key West, Miami, Naples, and Charleston areas became victims in need of relief and aid.
At this time, Hurricane Florence is wreaking havoc along the East Coast. Fathom agents like myself will do what we do best to raise money – helping clients – to then donate portions of our commissions.
Interested in the Dallas area, or just looking forward to your next real estate transaction going as smoothly as possible?
